Store and product data. When you use the App, we access product data from your Shopify store (such as titles, descriptions, images, tags, and metafields) in order to generate content you request.
Account & usage data. Basic store identifiers and usage information needed to operate the App, provide support, and track generation history and credits.

How we use information

We use the data to generate product content (descriptions, titles, meta fields, tags, and image alt text), to provide and improve the App, and to provide customer support.

AI subprocessors

To generate content, relevant product data may be sent to third-party AI providers acting as our subprocessors, which may include OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. These providers process the data to return generated content and are bound by their respective terms and data-processing commitments.

Data retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the App and as required by law. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us. Uninstalling the App triggers data-deletion processes consistent with Shopify's requirements.
